Welcome to Unbind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unbind mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Unbind is a productivity application that:

Allows you to record voice journals
Uses AI to transcribe and analyze your recordings
Generates personalized micro-tasks to help you take action
Tracks your progress and provides insights

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unbind. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

Unbind offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial includes up to 10 sessions per day.

3.2 Subscription Plans

After the trial, you may subscribe to Unbind Premium:

Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
Yearly: $29.99 USD per year (equivalent to $2.50/month)

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. AI-Generated Content

Important: The micro-tasks, insights, and recommendations generated by Unbind are created by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and are not substitutes for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

You should use your own judgment when following AI-generated recommendations. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the App's output.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Unbind is a productivity tool, not a substitute for:

Mental health treatment
Medical advice
Professional counseling

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, use the settings within the App or contact us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
